1. Services
SafeRoute Traffic Control provides professional traffic control services including but not limited to:
- Certified traffic flagging services
- 24/7 emergency response
- Lane closures and detours
- Traffic control equipment rental
- Traffic sign installation
- Traffic control plan development
- Highway construction safety coordination
2. Service Agreement
By requesting our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Services are provided subject to:
- Acceptance of written quotes and work orders
- Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Proper permits and approvals being in place
- Safe working conditions as determined by our safety coordinator
3. Licensing and Insurance
SafeRoute Traffic Control is fully licensed and insured to provide traffic control services in Texas. We maintain:
- Valid Texas business license
- MUTCD certification for all flaggers
- Comprehensive general liability insurance
- Workers' compensation coverage
- Commercial vehicle insurance
4. Safety Standards
All services are performed in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) standards. We reserve the right to:
- Suspend operations if conditions become unsafe
- Require additional safety measures if deemed necessary
- Refuse service in locations that do not meet safety standards
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. Services may be suspended for past due accounts.
6. Limitation of Liability
SafeRoute Traffic Control's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic conditions, or third-party actions.
7. Emergency Services
Emergency services are available 24/7 at (281) 682-5584. Emergency response times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and equipment availability.
8. Modifications
These terms may be updated from time to time. Current terms are available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
